TRETURN AND REFUND POLICY
We want you to be satisfied with our camping supplies products and services. If you are not satisfied with the products you receive, we will offer returns and refunds.
You may request a return within 7 days of receipt of our product. Returned products must be unused, undamaged and complete in their original packaging (including the product label). If you receive a product with any quality issues, please contact us for return processing.

Buyers can return or exchange the product within 7 days of receipt, non-quality issues are covered by the buyer for shipping to and from the product. Once we have received and inspected the returned product, we will process the refund within 7 business days of receipt of the product. However, we will not refund any shipping and handling charges not caused by the return.
